AGENT ETIQUETTE 101

Sometime between 2000 and the "new economy" many new real estate agents appeared en mass armed with cell phones and computers but without basic people skills or respect for the personal property of others.  Late last night I received a phone call from one of my sellers after a buyer came through her house, sharing that her toddler's toys were either missing or lost from her Family Room...no agent wants that kind of phone call...ever. Quite frankly it is a little appalling that some agents let their buyer's kids run amok through a property for sale let alone touch decor or toys...burns me up 'cause it's not Gymboree.
